Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider in Dubai is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage public cloud resources and ensure application stability. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. - Manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases, and container clusters.
- Monitor and maintain the stability of connected vehicle platform applications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows.
- Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams.

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases and container clusters. Ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based infrastructure.
- Application Stability: Monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications. Implement measures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
- Daily Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response and technical support. Document and report on all maintenance activities and incidents.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues. Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.

- Preferred: Prior experience in project management, product management or knowledge of app development/client-side technologies.
