Delivery Driver
Job summary
A leading plant delivery service in Dubai is seeking a delivery driver to ensure the safe delivery of plants and related products. The ideal candidate will have a valid UAE manual driving license and at least one year of experience in delivery, preferably in the e-commerce sector. The role involves following delivery schedules, maintaining delivery logs, and keeping the vehicle in excellent condition. This position promises a dynamic work environment and hands-on responsibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year delivery experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Ability to handle plants carefully during delivery.
- Good communication skills to report delivery status.
Responsibilities
- Handle plants carefully to avoid damage during loading, transit, and unloading.
- Follow daily delivery schedules and meet delivery time targets.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and collect COD payments when required.
- Communicate with dispatch and operations in real-time regarding delays or issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Assist warehouse team in loading and sorting deliveries.
Skills
Deliver plants and products safely to customers across assigned areas.
