• Lead and manage the interior design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Proven experience as an Interior Design Manager or in a similar leadership role within the interior design industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed interior design projects across different sectors.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
• In-depth knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
