Our client is a full-service interior design and architectural firm redefining how spaces are experienced. Founded in 2021 and based in JLT, Dubai, they deliver turnkey residential and commercial projects with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to perfection.

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed to the highest quality standards, aligned with approved drawings, timelines, and clients commitment to excellence. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on site management experience within the interior design or fit-out industry.

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of all project tasks.
• Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site labor to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure all works adhere to approved drawings, specifications, materials, and client expectations.
• Monitor progress and report any deviations or delays to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with internal design and architectural teams for clarifications and project updates.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the project.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Identify potential risks or issues early and implement corrective measures.

• Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure they meet required specifications.
• Manage site inventories and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Verify and inspect materials and workmanship to ensure standards are met.

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Communicate project updates clearly and professionally.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager for seamless workflow.

• Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and issue registers.
• Document site activities, variations, and completed work for project records.
• Assist in preparing handover documents and ensuring snag-free delivery.

• Diploma or Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out, joinery, architecture environments.
• Strong understanding of interior design execution, MEP coordination, and site finishing works.

• Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
