Responsibilities
- Owningend-to-enddeliveryofprojectsorproductincrements.
- Building and managing delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient collaboration.
- Managing scope, priorities, and changing requests.
- Identifyingand mitigating delivery risks and issues.
- Tracking delivery of KPIs (velocity, throughput, defects, timelines).
- EnsuringadherencetoAgile/Scrum/Kanbanprocesses.
- Maintainingclear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- Preparing and delivering structured status reports and updates.
- Overseeing quality assurance and ensuring quality gates are met.
- Coordinating releases and working with DevOps on deployment readiness.
- Managingprojectbudgets,costs,andresourceallocation.
- Resolvingblockersanddependenciesacrossteams.
- Ensuringcompliancewithsecurity,architecture,andorganizationalstandards.
- Drivingcontinuousimprovementofdeliveryprocessesandteamperformance.
Skills
Must-have
- Experience in project management for 3+ years, including planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently.
- KnowledgeofAgileandScrummethodologies,suchasScrum,andKanban.
- Technicalunderstanding,especiallyabasicgraspofIT,softwaredevelopment,orindustry-specifictools.
- FamiliaritywithCI/CD,DevOps,andtechnicalteams.
- ProficiencyinAzureDevOps,Jira,Confluence.
- Skillsinriskmanagement,includingidentifying,analyzing,andmitigatingrisks.
- Stakeholdermanagementabilitiestoengagewithclients,executives,andteammembers.
- Budgetingandresourceallocationskillstomanagefinancialandhumanresourceseffectively.
- Timemanagementandprioritizationskillstohandlemultipletasksanddeadlinesefficiently.
- Problem-solvinganddecision-makingabilitiestoaddressissuesproactively.
- Skillsinnegotiationandconflictresolutiontoensuresmoothcollaborationandresolvedisputes.

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
