The Head of Projects is responsible for overseeing LINKVIVA’s Project Management team and ensuring the successful delivery of all projects. This leadership role spans all aspects of each event from content and programming to resource management, commercial performance, stakeholder relations and overall delivery excellence.

• Validate incoming pitches to ensure a healthy and strategic project pipeline.
• Manage review and evolve project management processes for efficiency and quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the Project Management team and individual members.
• Allocate resources and build teams to deliver outstanding events across all clients.
• Integrate sponsorship and marketing into projects to maximize ROI for clients LINKVIVA and partners.
• Identify and manage diverse revenue streams including ticketing, sponsorship and partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development for the Project Management team.
• Support senior management in budgeting, reporting and business planning.
• Develop and implement training and development pathways for project team members.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain LINKVIVA’s leadership edge.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, suppliers and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead key projects and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure delivery within financial targets.
• Ensure comprehensive post‑event closure including reconciliations, reports and debriefs.

10 years of event management experience delivering large‑scale events

Previous experience in the Middle East

Proven track record in project direction, planning, budgeting and team leadership

Strong understanding of sponsorship integration and commercial models

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Valid driving license

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Have experience with festivals, F&B and retail activations

Have experience with brand creation and content programming (including B2B)

Can speak, read and write Arabic

Bring positivity, adaptability and a solutions‑first mindset
