Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or resort.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and produce a wide variety of pastries and desserts.
• Design and develop new dessert menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Maintain consistency and quality in taste and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are followed.
