Graphic Designer and Video Editor (Remote Anywhere)

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and project objectives, ensuring that all visuals meet the client’s branding and marketing goals.
• Create high-quality designs for a wide range of media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
• Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Use design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce compelling visuals and make revisions based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or other.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, delivering designs that are both on-trend and client-specific.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that all visuals contribute effectively to the overarching marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ strategies to keep designs fresh, modern, and competitive.
• Present design concepts to clients, offering rationale for creative choices, and incorporate feedback into the final deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

• Editing Raw Footage: Assemble and edit raw video footage into cohesive content for promotional, educational, or entertainment purposes.
• Special Effects & Transitions: Add effects, motion graphics, and seamless transitions to enhance visual appeal.
• Audio Integration: Synchronize audio, add background music, and edit sound effects to create a polished output.
• Video Optimization: Format videos for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and high quality.

• Strong understanding of Design principles.
• Problem-solving ability, and Interest in taking on and solving a varied set of problems
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or other video editing software.
• Good English Communication Ability and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and innovative design solutions.
• Research skills or willingness to learn
• Proof of past Design work
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, from digital graphics to video design.

A degree – in a related or unrelated field
