Job summary
A leading technology firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in IT and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of sales experience, with proven success in managing large enterprise deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of Cloud platforms, are essential for this role. - 7–10 years of IT, Cloud sales experience with at least 3 years in cybersecurity sales.
- Proven success in closing enterprise deals worth AED 20–30 million annually.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms and Cybersecurity solutions.

Education
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of IT, Cloud sales experience including at least 3 years in cybersecurity sales with UAE clients.
- Proven success in closing enterprise deals worth AED 20–30 million annually .
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Cybersecurity solutions, and IT Infrastructure services.
- Demonstrated ability to balance new business development with account farming and expansion.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Extremely proactive, and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract management in enterprise deals.
- Established relationships with enterprise and government customers across UAE, and other GCC markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and result orientation.
