The role involves managing project scope, resources, and timelines while ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Estimate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor costs to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Develop, manage, and track detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and adjustments to key stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and supplier contracts, ensuring clear deliverables and accountability.
• Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and standards across all project phases.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
