Job summary

An international technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer Controls Systems based in Dubai. This role involves driving business growth through maintenance contracts and digital solutions, working closely with customers to meet their needs. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales within the Controls business in the UAE. Excellent communication skills and a valid UAE driving license are essential.

  • 57 years of experience in selling maintenance & service contracts focused on Controls business within UAE region.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and knowledge of BMS solutions and customer expectations.
  • Work with presales expertise for technocommercial solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Extensive stakeholder mapping for strategic accounts.
