Job summary
A luxury hospitality brand in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Maintenance Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance and the cleanliness of work areas. You will manage tools and participate in energy conservation efforts. Ideal candidates should have documented training from a technical institute and one year of relevant hotel engineering experience. Qualifications

- Good civil or carpentry knowledge.

- Complete preventive maintenance tasks as per hotel plans.
- Clean all work areas after finishing tasks.
- Maintain and manage tools professionally.

You will be responsible for completing activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans, cleaning all work areas after finishing tasks properly, and looking after all tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner. You will correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift. You will also participate in the hotel's energy conservation programs and suggest cost saving ideas when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.
