Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in carpentry with High School certification.
• 5 years of experience in carpentry with Secondary School certification.
• Ability to comply with the company's EHS & Q regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled carpentry maintenance works.
• Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster.
• Assist in condition surveys / snagging of carpentry works.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled carpentry maintenance works of building fabrics including doors windows ceilings walls car parks pantry cupboards etc
• Carry out all types of carpentry repair works of doors windows ceilings walls pantry cupboards and repair/replace locks etc
• Carry out new carpentry works of partitioning & false ceilings etc
• Fabricate benches racks small sheds etc
• Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
• Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE
• Assist in condition surveys / snagging of carpentry works
• Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
• Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations

Education / Qualifications

High School Certificate 8th Standard) is must.

Secondary School Certificate 10thStandard) is desirable.

Skills / Competencies / Experience

High School with certification 3 years of experience in the relevant trade.

Secondary School certification with experience 5 years of experience in the relevant trade.

Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.

A reasonable degree of computer skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Physical Fitness Team Work Grooming & Appearance Flexibility Adaptability Technical problem solving skills.

Must be between 25 to 35 years of age.
