Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the Middle East. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate will have experience in both rough and finish carpentry, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow building plans.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim.
• Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Build and install cabinets, shelving, and other wooden structures.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
