The Role We are seeking an experienced General Foreman for a Bridge Construction Project in Dubai, specifically involving Pedestrian Bridge works. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supervising bridge construction activities and managing site teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

• Supervise daily construction activities related to pedestrian bridge works
• Coordinate site activities, labor, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports
• Liaise with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies on-site

• Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge construction, with at least 2 years in pedestrian bridge projects
• Proven leadership in managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, planning, and sequencing of works
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must
• Must be available in the UAE for immediate interview and joining
