Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Assistant to provide one-to-one supportive care to a young child in Dubai. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work closely with therapists and family members. You will provide tailored healthcare support, attend therapy sessions, and support the child's emotional and developmental needs. Ideal candidates should have prior home healthcare experience and a nurturing approach to child care. Competitive salary package offered.

- Prior experience in home healthcare, child care, nursing assistance, or similar roles.
- Experience working with children or infants, preferably in a home healthcare or special-needs setting.
- Willingness to learn and strictly follow therapy and care routines.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily home healthcare support tailored to the child’s individual needs.
- Attend and actively participate in therapy sessions and implement therapist-guided exercises.
- Conduct structured play and interaction activities to support developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents and healthcare professionals.
