Solution Architect - JD
Role Overview
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining GRC solutions to meet the organization's business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architecting solutions within the solution platform, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to risk management, compliance, audit, and other areas.
- Design and architect GRC solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflows, and integrations, to support GRC solution implementations.
- Configure and customize GRC solution platform components, including applications, questionnaires, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers and administrators, throughout the implementation process.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure the stability and scalability of GRC solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate GRC solution with other systems and processes.
- Stay current with GRC solution platform updates, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance solutions and capabilities.
- Document design decisions, configurations, and technical specifications to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., RSA Archer Certified Administrator, RSA Archer Certified Solution Designer) preferred.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing GRC solutions like RSA Archer, IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow etc, including designing data models, workflows, and integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of the GRC solution platform, including application design, configuration, and administration.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS) and their implementation within GRC solution platform.
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git) for managing project lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and quickly learn new technologies and concepts related to GRC solution platform and risk management.
