Brief Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Power BI Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into banking business data.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports to address business needs and objectives.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with Power BI best practices and new features.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Overall 4+ years of BI experience.
• 2+ years proven experience with Power BI.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation.
• Expertise in Data Modeling, including relationships and calculated columns.
• Advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating custom measures and calculations.
• Building and optimizing Power BI Service (publishing, sharing reports, and configuring workspaces)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
