Overview

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Contract: 6 - 8 Months (Offshre)

We are seeking skilled BI Developers and Data Analysts to support reporting, dashboards, and analytics in a Microsoft Fabric & Power BI environment. The role involves working closely with analytics and business teams in Retail / Pharmacy / Healthcare domains (UAE/GCC exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (bulk & ad-hoc).
• Support and optimize existing reports and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric.
• Perform minor enhancements, issue resolution, and daily operational support.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to address specific reporting and insight needs.
• Recommend improvements to dashboards, visuals, and performance based on best practices.
• Monitor report refreshes, performance, and overall dashboard health.
• Work independently with minimal hand-holding in Retail / Healthcare environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and D365.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX (complex measures), RLS, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling, Fact & Dimension design.
• Proficiency in SQL (Azure SQL / SQL Server / Synapse / Data Lake / Fabric).
• Experience with D365 modules such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, Accounting & Reconciliation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
• Experience in Retail / Pharmacy / Healthcare is mandatory.

Preferred

• Client-facing or stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to UAE/GCC healthcare or retail processes.
