Job summary
A reputable restaurant in Dubai seeks a Captain Waiter to lead the waitstaff team and ensure exceptional customer service. Candidates must be Arabic nationals, male, aged 35 or below, with at least 2 years of waiter experience in the UAE, preferably in Arabic or fast-paced dining environments. Strong knowledge of Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine is a plus. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 4.5K AED, plus additional incentives, tips, and overtime pay.
Qualifications
- Open for Arabic nationals, Male, 35 years old & below.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter in the UAE.
- Knowledgeable in Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide the waitstaff team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Ensure orders are taken accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Train new waitstaff on service standards and company policies.
