Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced engineering supervisor to oversee the engineering team and ensure the maintenance of hotel systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious environment amidst beautiful landscapes.

- Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
- Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties
- Works with other operational departments to ensure that they have all required engineering support to perform their duties.
- Check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards.
- Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation.
- Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel. Support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication and writing skills in Engish
- Literate in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
