Innovations Global is seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with deep expertise in SIAM and ITIL frameworks to lead enterprise-scale technology operations in Dubai. This senior role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration of services, optimizing IT performance, and driving operational excellence across complex, multi-vendor environments.

As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee and optimize the full IT infrastructure landscape—including data centers, cloud systems, networks, end-user services, and IT operations. You will implement strong governance through SIAM and ITIL best practices, ensuring high service quality across internal teams and third-party service providers. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to orchestrate service delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise setting. You will also be responsible for driving improvements, ensuring compliance, managing incidents, and leading large-scale technical initiatives.

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations across multiple technology domains
• Implement and operate ITIL and SIAM frameworks to ensure service consistency and governance
• Manage multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring SLA compliance and service performance
• Oversee service transition, change management, incident response, and problem management
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
• Plan and oversee large infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Manage capacity planning, risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and audit readiness
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership
• Optimize operational processes through automation and best practices

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and service management
• Extensive hands-on and leadership experience with SIAM and ITIL frameworks
• Relevant certifications are mandatory (ITIL Expert/Master, SIAM Foundation/Professional)
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure: networks, servers, storage, cloud, virtualization
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT operations in multi-vendor environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities
• Experience in incident, change, and problem management at enterprise scale
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices
• Experience with cybersecurity, SOC/NOC operations, and compliance frameworks
• Strong background in IT budgeting, resource planning, and vendor negotiations
• Experience managing global or regional IT teams
