Zusammenfassung
A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to assist guests in various capacities, including paging guests, delivering messages, and supporting the Chief Concierge. Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest services and manning the Concierge counter at midnight. Ideal candidates should have a passion for hospitality and the ability to engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Aufgaben
- Page guests and patrons in the hotel lobby and outlets as and when required.
- Deliver messages and packages to and from guest rooms and different hotel departments.
- Perform errands for guests as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
- Assist in rooming guests as directed by the reception desk.
- Process newspaper requirements of guests, hotel outlets, and departments.
- Man the Concierge counter at midnight serving as custodian.
