Workplace: Dubai

Mission: We are seeking a candidate with patience, personality, and perseverance to excel in this role. Responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed menu information, multitasking front-of-the-house duties, and collecting bills.

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Greeting and escorting customers to their tables.
2. Presenting the menu and providing detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and potential allergies.
3. Preparing tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses.
4. Informing customers about daily specials.
5. Offering menu recommendations upon request.
6. Upselling additional products when appropriate.
7. Taking accurate food and drinks orders using POS software, order slips, or memorization.
8. Possessing at least 2 years of server experience (preferred).
9. Having hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering systems like Revel POS or Toast POS.
10. Having basic math skills.
11. Demonstrating attentiveness and patience with customers.
12. Maintaining a professional appearance.
13. Having a good command of English and Italian.

Classification: The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and competitive enough to attract qualified candidates.
