Qualifications

• 2-3 years of banking experience in Cross Border and Domestic Payments.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational activities related to VISA Direct products.
• Process transactions for services under Centralized Operations.
• Monitor the VISA Direct queue on Payment Engine.
• Perform daily EOD reconciliation of VISA Direct transactions.
• Address VISA Direct disputes timely.
• Prepare batches for documents transmittal to offshore.
• Assist in QA activities on transfers processed.
• Coordinate with other units for Payments related queries.
• Generate daily MIS reports for management.

Skills
