POSITION SUMMARY

The Villa Butler is a key member of a team dedicated to delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations and distinguishes our hotel/resort in the UAE.

The Villa Butler provides detailed and seamless personalized service to guests, managing all guest needs from pre-arrival to departure without intrusion. They are responsible for anticipating guest needs and maintaining impeccable standards in the presentation of villas, outdoor areas, and amenities.

Our first impression on guests significantly influences their overall experience. As part of Bulgari, our appearance and behavior reflect our heritage and brand personality. It is essential to embody our core values through daily interactions, attire, grooming, and conduct.
