The Strategy Analyst is responsible for assisting in strategy mapping, execution, and stabilizing the implementation on the portal (ARA). In addition, the role requires requirement gathering and testing related to ARA implementation and provides overall business analysis and design support to the project team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate strategy definition for any new entity or product within emaratech.
- Facilitate end‑of‑year workshops to develop the annual strategic plan (Strategic Objectives and Initiatives) for emaratech and its subsidiaries.
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding updates and maintain an up‑to‑date strategy.
- Manage quarterly strategy status meetings and reports with stakeholders.
- Facilitate end‑of‑year strategy closure meetings.
- Act as a delegate for strategy execution within emaratech.
- Maintain a repository of the strategy’s supporting documents.
- Interface with internal teams to understand functional and non‑functional requirements/processes and establish objectives and key success factors.
- Receive and create ARA new or change requests (CRs) in the system.
- Gather requirements and assess their impact on ARA.
- Create and maintain an up‑to‑date version of the ARA BRD.
- Prepare ARA CRs’ and BRDs’ regression test scope.
- Create, detail, and groom ARA stories in the system.
- Verify ARA stories for implementation details, system specifications, and user story acceptance criteria by preparing required test cases as per the SDLC.
- Arrange ARA UAT sessions with the Strategy Manager.
- Evaluate ARA Certification Test Reports and portal (ARA) implementation.
- Participate in management introduction meetings with potential customers (external clients).
- Assist customers in reflecting their strategy or ARA.
- Stabilize the implementation of the strategy, selling the product to external clients.
- Transfer knowledge and train users.
