Overview

Supervise daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, handle guest complaints, and liaise with stakeholders while promoting employee engagement.

Seeking qualified candidates for roles in jewellery retail and fashion/retail store management with a focus on customer service, inventory control, and store operations. Positions include Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Sales Associate, with immediate joining where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, process sales transactions, and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, dispatch, and record-keeping; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead and develop store staff, set performance expectations, and monitor team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
