About the opportunity

What’s on Your Plate?

• Driving best practice at scale: Creating and rolling out SOPs and training materials, working closely with our operations lead in each country.
• Collaborate with global operations stakeholders to identify and implement cross-regional solutions.
• Evaluate performance metrics across multiple countries and provide clear, actionable recommendations to address bottlenecks.
• Manage end-to-end operations of last-mile activities, including Rider Lifecycle, Experience, Safety & Wellbeing, and streamline processes involving logistics, finance, legal, and C-level stakeholders.
• Handle multiple projects with different stakeholders within strict timelines.
• Implement new processes swiftly, always considering rider interests.
• Apply lean six-sigma principles to minimize waste, maximize output, and reduce variability, enhancing speed and reliability.
• Conduct complex analyses at time and geographic levels.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve Riders' daily experience.

What you need to be successful

What Did We Order?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-paced, operations-heavy e-commerce or platform establishment.
• Systematic, detail-oriented, structured, with strong prioritization skills — someone who delivers solutions rather than creating bottlenecks.
• Ability to process de-normalized information and generate business insights for senior and technical leadership.
• Analytical skills with willingness to engage in daily operations to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. SQL and data modeling skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
