Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation and warehousing.
2. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
3. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers to manage shipment schedules and costs.
4. Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and distribution to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
5. Coordinate customs clearance documentation and regulatory compliance for imports and exports.
6. Work closely with internal departments including procurement, sales, and finance to streamline logistics processes.
7. Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and proactively address any supply chain disruptions.
8. Analyze logistics data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.
