  • Following up on knowledge-exchange and developmental programs.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of conducted training programs.
  • Developing projects and initiatives within the department.
  • Supporting project achievement and monitoring outputs.
  • Providing support to units under the Core Department.
  • Organizing official and developmental events.
  • Coordinating logistical activities for department events.
  • Performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities
  • Planning training program agendas aimed at building the capabilities and developing the skills of women in the Emirate of Dubai.
  • Implementing educational programs that aim to build the capabilities of Emirati women and raise their awareness of the importance of their role in building the community.
  • Coordinating, managing, and implementing developmental and training programs for women inside and outside the country.
  • Following up on and implementing knowledge-exchange programs and developmental programs for women inside and outside the country.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs conducted inside and outside the country, identifying lessons learned, and assessing the extent of their application.
  • Developing and innovating projects, initiatives, and programs within the department.
  • Supporting the achievement of projects and monitoring their outputs.
  • Providing the necessary support to the units under the Core Department and ensuring the execution of their assigned tasks.
  • Organizing official and developmental events and sending professional invitations to nominees and invitees.
  • Coordinating with the concerned departments to organize the logistical activities for the department’s events.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned that fall within the scope of duties and job responsibilities.
