Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of skilled and unskilled workers on site.
• Ensure that all construction activities are executed safely and efficiently.
• Manage and track construction schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans set by project managers.
• Allocate responsibilities to workers and provide them with appropriate instructions.
• Monitor the work of subcontractors and other construction personnel on site.
• Ensure quality control of all activities and correct any deficiencies quickly.
• Prepare and submit reports on work progress and site conditions regularly.
• Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders, including management.
• Inspect and review worksites to monitor compliance with building and safety codes.
