• Minimum 7–8 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Proven success in off-plan and secondary property sales.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Urdu, and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads, close deals, and lead a small sales team.
• Handle fresh leads daily and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and online consultations.
• Guide and motivate junior team members.
