At least a Graduate degree in Finance with strong analytical skills

Solid understanding of treasury financial instruments, fixed income securities, derivatives, equity products and risk management concepts (Market / Operational and credit).

Understanding of Product control activities for calculation of Profit and Loss.

Good team worker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex digital concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Good knowledge and understanding of local regulatory rules and legislation, and various international requirements.

Bachelor's / master’s degree in project governance / management or technology.
