Job Title: Interior Designer – Retail & Leisure

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 27,000 – 30,000/month

A global design consultancy is seeking a skilled and imaginative interior designer to join its Dubai studio, focusing on retail and leisure environments. This role is open exclusively to candidates who are already located in Dubai and available for immediate interviews.

The successful candidate will be passionate about creating immersive customer experiences across flagship stores, experiential retail, entertainment venues, and lifestyle destinations. You’ll be working alongside multidisciplinary teams to bring brand stories to life through spatial design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver interior design concepts for retail and leisure projects from initial briefing to final execution
• Create compelling visual presentations, material boards, and FF&E selections that reflect brand identity and customer engagement goals
• Collaborate with architects, strategists, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive spatial narratives
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for tender and construction phases
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain design quality and timelines
• Research emerging trends in retail, leisure, and experiential design to inform creative direction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of experience, with a strong portfolio in retail and/or leisure interiors
