Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in finance, including significant exposure to financial controlling and compliance at a divisional or group level.
• Proven track record of leading or influencing finance teams and driving cross-functional projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation programs in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling agenda across all divisions ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Govern and update the Group’s accounting policies framework and roll out updates across divisions.
• Engage with Group Reporting and facilitate knowledge sharing across divisions.
