Role : Senior Consultant / Consultant

Job Purpose : Contributing to risk-based internal audit, corporate governance, internal control review, policies and procedures, risk management, and enterprise risk management.

Job Type : Full Time

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities (may vary across projects):

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the specified industries.
  • Develop and implement tailored risk management strategies.
  • Provide advisory on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and reports, communicating complex concepts clearly.
  • Engage with clients to understand their objectives and customize consulting services.
  • Manage multiple projects, demonstrating leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Support proposals and business development efforts.

Education and Qualifications :

  • Engineering background with a master's degree and relevant certifications, preferably in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm and industry knowledge.
  • Strong presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Understanding of operations, maintenance, HSE, asset management, risk management, policies, procedures, strategy, and market research.
