Job summary

A leading global executive search firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Dubai. The candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and corporate accounting team, running financial transactions, ensuring timely closings, and managing accounting procedures. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with a strong accounting background, preferably with experience in international finance and fluent in German and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Accounting, preferably in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of HGB, German income tax law desirable; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in English and German, at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal close.
• Conduct analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
• Support in the preparation of tax returns.
