Overview

Security specialist vacancy in Dubai UAE.

Responsibilities

• Building Incharge: lead a team of FMCs and BCs, assign jobs and provide necessary support and training in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
• Record to Facilities Manager for the department KPIs, including weekly/monthly spending plan, functional expenses, energy monitoring and other specified department objectives.
• Coordinate with Landlord and provide reports according to agreed methods; escalate matters needing decisions from the property owner’s side.
• Synchronize with internal departments to prepare lessee relocations and relocations out, handle solution procurement and invoice processing.
• Handle lessee Relocate and Leave experiences per the company’s procedures to ensure an optimal customer experience for occupants.
• Manage occupant demands during their stay and collaborate with Maintenance, Cleaning, Safety and Security and DLP specialists to address service requests.
• Manage communication with occupants, create lessee guidelines and enforce regulations according to company and local authority standards.
• Obtain and manage yearly Upkeep Agreements for specialist services such as fire alarm/fire fighting, elevator, low voltage systems, pest control and rubbish collection solutions.
• Coordinate with the internal Upkeep Monitoring division to ensure PPM schedules are implemented according to the agreed timetable and established quality.
• Coordinate with Soft Solution Manager to ensure internal cleaning and security services are provided according to agreed service standards.
• Monitor daily utility intake; evaluate energy consumption patterns and propose solutions to minimize utility expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience: Building Incharge – 2 years (Required).
• Property – 2 years (Preferred).
• Managing PPM and AMC – 1 year (Preferred).
• License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required).
