Job Summary

The Event Sales Manager Wedding & Social is responsible for driving revenue through the sales and seamless execution of weddings social gatherings and private events. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with hands-on event management ensuring each occasion is executed flawlessly and reflects the clients vision while maintaining the hotels high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and internal teams.
  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to understand event requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B Rooms Concierge etc.) and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring creative ideas for event styling and personalized experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 23 years of experience in wedding planning event coordination or hospitality sales preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
