Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or sales support role (preferably HVAC or related field).

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales team and contribute to sales growth in the UAE.
• Engage with customers and generate leads.
• Prepare quotations and manage technical submittals.
• Follow up on pipeline projects and maintain status updates.
• Coordinate product delivery and handle customer concerns.

Skills

Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills

Fluent in English

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Familiarity with engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

UAE driving license

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
