Our client is a high-end solutions provider specializing in Home Automation, Audio-Visual Systems, Home Cinema, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and other ELV, ICT & Automation systems. They deliver turnkey solutions for both residential and commercial projects across Dubai.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand their client base. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in smart home and AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop B2B and B2C opportunities with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
  • Generate qualified leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and close deals to meet monthly / quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution walkthroughs with presales / engineering support.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums.
  • Work closely with the Founder on strategic accounts and key partnerships.
  • Provide insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to strengthen business positioning.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in AV, home automation, IT, security systems, or ELV integration.
  • Proven track record of solution / project-based selling (B2B or high-value B2C).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain smart living solutions in simple terms.
  • Strong network within interior design, construction, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong closing mindset and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
