Job summary

A leading marketing firm is seeking an experienced Indian Retention Desk Executive in Dubai to enhance client relationships and retention within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or account management in the Forex or online trading industry. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, with additional Indian languages as a plus. This is a full-time on-site position offering a competitive salary and attractive commissions.

We are looking to hire a dedicated and driven professional for our Indian Retention Desk who can contribute to client retention, enhance client relationships, and support revenue growth within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities / Qualifications

Forex & Online Trading Industry Experience (Minimum 1 Year)
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the Forex or online trading industry.
  • Familiar with trading platforms and client lifecycle strategies.
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and drive strong deposit volumes.
Language & Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Knowledge of additional Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is a strong plus.
  • Strong persuasive and relationship-building communication style is a must.
Retention & Upselling Focused
  • You must have a strong sense of client value and loyalty, be proactive in addressing concerns, and know how to retain and upsell clients effectively.
