Job description

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Maximize room revenue by converting calls into sales
• Be fluent in all hotel products and services
• Handle reservations via faxes and emails
• Manage bookings from tour operators and DMCs
• Address guest queries and complaints related to reservations
• Identify sales opportunities with corporate clients, wholesalers, and travel management companies
• Process visa requests from corporate accounts
• Operate the Opera Reservations System effectively
• Maintain organized files for bookings and billing documents
• Ensure accurate market segmentation and profile merging
• Use the hotel’s telephone system proficiently

What we need from you

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4* or 5* hotel in Dubai, with familiarity with Opera. You should be detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic is required.
