Job description

Export & Import with warehousing and distribution Retail & E commerce and Recycling of shoes and fabrics. Must be well versed with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of export and import operations including documentation, customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution networks to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support retail and e‑commerce fulfillment across multiple channels.
• Lead sustainable recycling initiatives for shoes and fabric materials aligning with environmental and corporate sustainability goals.
• Utilize SAP to manage procurement, inventory, order processing and reporting with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain performance identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, vendors and regulatory authorities in the UAE.

Requirements

Minimum years of experience: 8–10 years. Must have experience in UAE location Hamriya FZE UAE. Compensation: 16–20 K AED PM plus family status expat benefits.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in export/import supply chain or logistics management.
• Proven track record in managing operations within the UAE with in‑depth knowledge of Hamriya FZE regulations and processes.
• Expertise in SAP (preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA) for end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures and documentation.
• Experience in retail e‑commerce and sustainable recycling operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills with a results‑driven mindset.
