Project Planner
Role Summary:

A Project Planner is responsible for developing monitoring and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. They support project teams by identifying critical paths forecasting delays and maintaining efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Development: Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 MS Project or similar software.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track project performance identify variances and update schedules accordingly.

  • Critical Path & Delay Analysis: Analyze the impact of changes or delays and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly progress reports dashboards and look-ahead schedules for management and stakeholders.

  • Coordination: Work closely with engineering procurement and construction teams to gather input and align schedules.

  • Resource Planning: Assist in manpower and equipment planning to optimize resource utilization.


RequirementsExperience Requirements:
  • Experience in planning and scheduling for construction infrastructure or EPC projects.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and other planning tools.

  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baseline control.
