Job Description

• Define SMTs, product strategy, MRDs, PRDs, and prioritized feature roadmaps aligned with business goals.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and TAM assessments to support product decisions.

• Act as the voice of the user, ensuring strong alignment between business and engineering teams.

• Lead the design and implementation of UX/UI for both web and mobile applications.

• Deliver product demos and ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

• Track product performance and continuously iterate using user insights and business KPIs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new products and platform enhancements.

• Analyze existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend functional improvements.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and business objectives.

• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to system architecture from a business perspective.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate outcomes, and provide sign-off for production releases.

• Continuously gather feedback and refine requirements based on evolving user and market needs.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, MIS, Business or a related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP) preferred.

Hands‑on experience with Jira, SQL, GA, Figma, XD, Miro.

Minimum of 6 years increasingly responsible project management/Scrum Master experience with an emphasis on systems designs and construction of medium to large sized projects.

Prior experience in PHP, NodeJS programming in a cloud.
