Job Purpose

To facilitate the supply of IT equipment and software to ARG companies, including procurement, logistics and inventory. Tracking IT expenditure across group and monitoring the cost and utilization of cloud services. This role involves planning, supplier management, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

Job Responsibilities
Procurement
  • Validate and process ongoing demand of IT product and services across the group
  • Coordinate with users and IT team to set accurate specification of supplied items
  • Ensure that all forms and documents are completed and necessary approvals obtained from management
  • Create purchase orders following group policies and processes
  • Monitor order status, track deliveries, process invoices and promptly address discrepancies or delays
  • Support the tendering process and documentation
  • Collaborate with legal and technical teams to produce contractual documents
  • Archive all forms and documents as per group IT department standard
  • Process general procurement requests for non-IT supply
Inventory Management
  • Deliver validate, store and dispatch all procured equipment as per group standards
  • Control IT inventory and maintain stock registry
  • Ensure proper and organized storage of items to optimize space utilization
Assets Management
  • Maintain IT asset registry across the group as per group policy
  • Maintain annual maintenance contracts scope for assets and licenses
  • Ensure the renewal of annual contracts on time
  • Conduct survey end user satisfaction for newly delivered items
Cloud Monitoring
  • Working with cloud tenants to plan budgets and arrange funding
  • Monitor rates and feature changes for impact analysis on each account/business unit
  • Monitor and report financial data tagged to each business unit
