The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in property management, strong knowledge of property management applications, and the ability to improve internal processes. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in property management functions for Consultant position.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in property management functions for Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of property portfolio.
• Evaluate and improve internal processes for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tenant and property information in databases.
• Ensure compliance with established KPIs and SOPs.
• Communicate recommendations to management for process improvement.
