In this dynamic role, you will assist with the organisation, management, and coordination of various business activities, providing essential support to ensure efficient operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily schedule of executives, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to facilitate smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management of real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and organised.
  • Conduct research on real estate markets, properties, and industry trends to support decision‑making processes.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance / repairs for the office as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and internal departments, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
